E&O SEMINAR
Reduce Your Risk of an E&O Exposure

The Connect Fall Expo will feature our annual E&O Loss Control Seminar featuring an interactive Mock E&O Trial. Join us October 9th for breakfast and a two-hour seminar as a realistic agency E&O claim unfolds in the courtroom. Hear the arguments, examine the evidence, and see how everyday decisions can impact the outcome.

Registration for the seminar is included in your Connect Fall Expo registration!

Meet The Mock Trial Cast

We’ve called in a few familiar faces for this case! IIAG Board Members will take the stand, make their case, and bring this E&O scenario to life:

Kevin Panter  •  Michael Mellars  •  Tony Jones  •  Allison Clark
Jarrett Bridges  •  Crystal Meador  •  Stuart Moore  •  Robbie Moore

Earn CE Credits

Attendees can earn 2 Hours of CE Credit! Watch the case unfold from opening statements to the verdict as a fictional E&O claim comes to life. Along the way, you'll discover practical lessons, identify common agency mistakes, and learn strategies to reduce your own E&O risk.

Earn a Premium Discount

The Mock Trial is only part one! Agencies interested in qualifying for the Swiss Re E&O premium credit will have the opportunity to complete the full three hours of required risk management education.

Attend the 2-hour E&O Mock Trial at CONNECT Fall Expo, then complete an additional 1-hour virtual course following the event to meet the three-hour course requirement.

2-Hour Mock Trial at CONNECT + 1-Hour Virtual Course = 3 Hours of Risk Management Education

Eligible agencies may earn a 10% credit on their Swiss Re E&O premium by completing the required three hours of education and meeting the applicable agency attendance requirements. The number of staff members required to participate is based on agency size:

Agency Staff Size    I    Required Attendees

1-4 Staff Members    I    11 Attendee Required

5-11 Staff Members   I    3 Attendee Required
