IIAG Partners have the opportunity to have submit advertisements to be shared our weekly IIAG News Brief and quarterly Young Agent Newsletter. Below you can find what is needed to submit an advertisement, as well as answers to a few frequently asked questions.

To submit an advertisement, please provide the following:

• Square Advertisement size: 600 pixels wide x 600 pixels tall
• Minimum of 72 ppi (must be high resolution)
• Link to partner website to be associated with ad

How often will I see my ad?

Advertisement placements vary by partner level, please note if an advertisement is received later in the year we cannot guarantee the minimum amount of placements.

Diamond Partners:  IIAG Newsletter- 6x/year  YAC Newsletter- 4x/year

Gold Partners:  IIAG Newsletter- 3x/year  YAC Newsletter- 3x/year

Silver Partners:  IIAG Newsletter- 2x/year  YAC Newsletter- 2x/year

Bronze Partners:  IIAG Newsletter- 1x/year  YAC Newsletter- 1x/year

Can I be notified when my ad is run?

Due to volume, we cannot notify partners when their advertisement is published. Our marketing team does keep track of all placements, if you would like a report of when your ad has been published contact us. The best way to see your advertisements is to subscribe to our newsletter.

Can I update my advertisement at any time?

Yes! Once we receive an advertisement, we continue to run it until a new one is submitted or it is deemed outdated. You do not need to send a new ad each partner year unless you would like to update the ad currently on file.

How many ads can I submit?

IIAG allows partners to submit up to two advertisements for use. If two advertisements are submitted, please note if there are specific requests on usage (for example if an ad is only to be used for Young Agent emails) otherwise we will rotate between the two.

IIAG offers several opportunities for partners to share their content with out members. Two primary ways are through social media and our weekly newsletter (5,000+ subscribers).

What can I share in the newsletter?

Any article or blog written by or about the partner, or any relevant insurance topic can be shared in our News Brief.

Examples include:

Partner webinars, events, important policy changes, insurance industry updates, etc. Readers should
feel that the article is educational, rather than an advertisement.

To submit shared content, please provide the following:

• Link to the full article/ event info/ blog on published site
• Photo/header 600 pixels wide x 600 pixels tall (or we will use a relevant stock image)
• If the material is time sensitive, for example an upcoming webinar or event, please let us know so we can make sure the information shared prior to the event

The News Brief is delivered weekly to over 5,000 IIAG members & partners in the state of Georgia. This list includes:
agency principles, producers, young agents, brokers, marketing representatives, as well as other member/partner staff
and those involved in the independent insurance community.

Our magazine, DEC Page Quarterly, is delivered to over 1,300 mailboxes. This list includes member agencies, member individuals, and partners. This magazine is also released digitally to an additional 3,000 individuals.

Diamond and Gold members can receive a list of our IIAG Members!

All partners can receive an Event's Attendee List upon request. Partner must be registered for the event. Diamond, Gold, and Silver can receive the full list while Bronze can receive a list of attending agencies only.
