Tort Reform Passed— Now We Must Protect It.

Georgia passed historic tort reform legislation. The 2026 elections will be critical to protect our progress.

Our state made history—by just one vote—when Georgia passed meaningful tort reform that strengthens our business climate and builds a fairer legal system. This hard-fought win is already under threat. With key statewide positions and legislative seats up for election in 2026, we must ensure pro-business leaders continue the work we started.

The 2026 Elections Will Be Critical

Georgia IPAC is the state-level Political Action Committee dedicated to supporting candidates who will defend tort reform, protect small businesses, and promote a fair legal system.

We must elect pro-business, pro-insurance candidates.

Trial lawyers are gearing up to run their own candidates in the elections. If they succeed, they’ll have the power to dismantle the reforms passed in Senate Bills 68 and 69.

Every major seat is in play, including Governor, Lt. Governor, and Attorney General. On top of that, all 180 House and all 56 Senate seats will appear on ballots across the state.

Our Opponents Are Organizing — We Must, Too

Attorneys and anti-reform advocates are preparing to run their own candidates in these races.

To keep Georgia’s economy strong and its legal system fair, we need to stand together and support candidates who share our pro-business values.
