BOOTH OVERVIEW

Staffing and Registration

  • Exhibits and equipment must be in place by 4:00pm, Thursday, June 5th.
  • Exhibits must be taken down beginning at, but no sooner than, 2:00pm, Friday, June 6th. Please, do not start to tear down prior to this time. If you must leave early, please let us know.
  • Booths must be properly staffed during posted hours.

Please use the registration link to register children, spouse, guests, or non-exhibiting partners.

Booth Specs

Each 8' X 8' booth will be set-up with 8' high drape, 3' high side dividers, one 6' draped table, two side chairs, one wastebasket, and an identification sign.

PAC Raffle
DONATE RAFFLE ITEMS

Create a lasting connection by donating raffle items for our InsurPAC & Georgia IPAC raffle! Items will be displayed with a sign featuring your company name and will be raffled off Saturday Morning where you can meet with the winner to take a photo. We suggest dropping your business card in the raffle item!

VIP MEET & GREET WITH KEYNOTE SAMANTHA PONDER

Diamond and Gold Partners are invited to our exclusive VIP Meet & Greet with Samantha Steele Ponder! Join us Friday morning from 9:30am-10:00am in Conference Room 1. All attendees and exhibitors will have a chance to take a photo with her during our Friday Tradeshow Luncheon.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will meals be provided for exhibitors?

Yes, all meals as listed on the attendee schedule are provided for exhibitors.

Please Note the Friday trade show is a luncheon. Exhibitors are highly encouraged to enter the exhibit hall early to ensure time to eat lunch prior to agents arriving at 12pm.

What is the appropriate attire for the conference?

Annual Convention is hosted at the beach and is a family-friendly event. Typically, our attendees dress in resort-style business casual during the day. Our Friday reception will be held in the Magnolia Ballroom. The trade show theme, Margaritaville, will carry into the reception theme.

Is there a theme for the trade show?

Friday's trade show is Margaritaville theme. For more details or inspiration, see our Exhibitor Kit. 

How do I register our booth representatives or guests?

Partners and exhibitors can register using the Partner Registration Page. You may also use this page to register spouses or guests. If you are interested in registering for convention activities such as Cornhole, Wine Toss, or registering your kids for our Kids Camp, please use our Activities Registration Page. 

How do I cancel my booth?

Exhibitor Booths are refundable up to one month prior to the event. Refunds will not be available for cancellations after May 5th. To cancel, please contact Amber Mellars at amellars@iiag.org

What sponsorship opportunities are available?
