Robbie Moore was sworn in as President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia (IIAG) on June 6, 2026. Moore is a Partner at Legacy Risk Solutions in Augusta, GA. He joined the Blanchard and Calhoun branch in 2003 and handles all lines of property and casualty insurance for his clients with a heavy focus on personal lines.

Prior to his role as IIAG President, Mr. Moore served as the association’s Chairman of the Board, President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer, Personal Lines Committee Chair, and Young Agent Committee Chair. In addition to his state-level leadership, Moore served on the IIABA Young Agent Committee and was recognized as the National InsurPAC Young Agent of the Year in 2016.

“Robbie Moore is a community-centered leader who is a strong advocate for policies that benefit Georgia insurance consumers. Robbie is not afraid to stand up for what he believes in and fight for his clients. He has made significant changes to Georgia law through his advocacy, and his engagement will be an asset to all as the President of Georgia’s largest agents association,” said John Barbour, IIAG CEO.

Moore has strong ties to the Augusta community where he is a founding member of Kingdom Here Ministries, a Board of Directors member for the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce, including serving as Chairman in 2018, a Kiwanis Board of Directors member, and a graduate of Leadership Columbia County Class of 2011, where he was named Alumni of the Year in 2023.

He graduated from the University of Georgia in 2003 with a degree in Risk Management and remains passionate about UGA athletics. Moore has been married to the love of his life, Kristen, for 22 years, and they have two children, Addison (17) and Brooke (15).

Also serving on IIAG’s Executive Committee through June 2027 are President-Elect Kevin Panter, CIC of Kevin Panter Insurance, Vice President Mike Royal of Partners Risk Services, Secretary-Treasurer P.K. Martin of Hood Insurance Agency, Immediate Past President Jarrett Bridges of Higginbotham Insurance, and National Director Michael Mellars, AAI of Legacy Risk Solutions.

IIAG is the unrelenting advocate for Independent Insurance Agents in the state of Georgia, representing over 500 member agencies.
