David A. Siekman: Overcoming Price Objections & Agency Culture Assessment & Change

Dave-3.jpgDavid A. Siekman works with insurance agencies to drive performance using our proven strategies. David's career in the insurance industry began in 1999 as a customer service representative before he worked his way up through the operations side of the business. Before joining the team, he was the Executive Vice President at Cochrane and Porter Insurance Agency and increased agent commissions 25 percent in less than two years. Prior to this he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Encharter Insurance where he increased new business sales from 90 policies per month to 250 policies per month. Having held a number of varied positions inside of multiple insurance agencies has given him a unique perspective that our clients can greatly benefit from.

Eric Moberg: E&O Class

Eric Moberg Bio Picture cropped (1).jpgEric Moberg's forty plus year career in the insurance industry has involved management and executive positions with insurance companies, vendors providing services to the insurance industry. He has consulted with many of the top national and regional insurance companies, and with well over 2,000 independent agencies and brokers providing E&O Risk Management, business planning, valuations, mergers and acquisition assistance, selection of systems to meet operational requirements, agency-company procedures, Internet marketing, document management, and the implementation of new systems and procedures Eric is the President & CEO of The Moberg Group, a leading provider of Insurance Agency Errors & Omissions loss control programs.

Woody Brown: Connecting with Customers

Woody Brown's Headshot.jpg

Woody Brown does not fit the “Insurance Agent” stereotype/mold. His marketing and entrepreneurial mindset was forged early on during his childhood living overseas in places like Jakarta, Indonesia and Singapore where he sold baseball cards and other items his fellow international school students couldn’t get, at a margin.  Later, as a professional musician striking out during the infancy of social media, he fine tuned his target marketing and relationship building skills via online platforms such as Myspace – eventually landing his band a record deal and touring the country.  Utilizing these same skills, coupled with his passion for people, he dove headfirst into the Insurance industry when his college friend started a “scratch” agency in 2014.  Now as a Partner and Agent at The Rhoads Group (Cumming, Georgia) he is using content creation and interacting via social media to create new referral partnerships, earn new business, cultivate his client relationships, cross sell, recruit new agents, and ultimately tell his story at scale.

Kelley Herrin: Using an Intern Program

Kelley Herrin Cropped 1.jpgKelly started the second generation of ownership at Jack Bradley Agency when she joined her dad, John Barnette, in 1979. For the past 36 years, she has worked in every area of the agency. Currently, Kelley is focused on taking care of the agency's customers, employees, and companies represented. She believes in personal improvement through learning, and is passionate about motivating others to achieve their own goals.
