Report Contributory Negligence

Have you or your client been involved in a not-at-fault accident, but the other driver’s insurer insists you or your client was partially responsible?

If so, please consider filing a Contributory Negligence Report. This easy to use online form can be filled out by an agent or consumer and will help IIAG and the Department of Insurance see if there are certain carriers who abuse this practice.

Data collected will be provided to the Georgia Department of Insurance.
